About Cynozure

Cynozure is a data and analytics strategy consultancy that builds data guided organisations. We’re on a mission to contribute to a better future for all through the open and positive use of data. We use our business as a force for good and have equal care about people, the planet, and profit. So much so that this is baked into our company legal obligations and we are working towards B Corp certification.

We absolutely love helping individuals, organisations and society benefit from the transformative power of data and we’re shaping the industry to help do that. As innovative, practitioners in business and as a consultancy with people at its core, our approach and frameworks deliver real clarity and business value with pace and certainty.

Cynozure was founded in 2016 with the ambition to reshape how we think about data and analytics. People first, business first and outcome focused. With a history in driving business value through data and having worked in the industry, our CEO Jason Foster, set out to establish a new precedence on data strategy in a traditionally tech-led data industry. Today the company is ranked 45th in the 2022 edition of the Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private organisations.

The growing Cynozure crew continues to work together with forward thinking organisations, developing best practice and making data more accessible for everyone. We work with high-profile international brands, in the UK, US and Europe, across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including HSBC, Knight Frank, Baillie Gifford, Samaritans, Penguin Random House, Open Data Institute, The National Trust, The Pensions Regulator and many more.
