Intro

We couldn’t be happier to share our new logo, website and freshened up brand look and feel with you!

It’s not an unusual story: an innovative company starts up, and the focus is very much on customers. For Cynozure this meant busily working alongside companies to set their data strategy in line with business goals, getting the right technology in place, and putting in strong teams ready to support and utilise data effectively. As time goes on, it starts to become clear that the website that once did the job isn’t quite as user-friendly as it once was. Content has progressed on from blogs to include a series of whitepapers, webinars, videos and customer stories – not to mention starting up a podcast! Regular events and information on services for customers are not as easy to find as they should be.

So we decided we needed to do something about it.

We had also started to feel that the look of the brand was a bit dark and heavy, and didn’t really match with the things that our customers, partners and friends say about us. For us, comments such as these are the cornerstone of what we are here for:

  • Cynozure is dynamic, bright, enthusiastic team, and they have become part of our team – they’re very much part of the group.
  • Likeable – big thing. Know anyone would get on with them
  • The team at Cynozure recognise what good looks like – and they get on and do it.
  • Personable
  • We were looking for skills on data insight, and Cynozure are subject matter experts
  • Gives confidence
  • Experienced in doing it in practice – not just the theory, they’ve ‘been there, done that’
  • Cool, but not too cool
  • Cynozure is able to advise on what we should be doing; they challenge the status quo, but without painting a bleak picture – recommendations are phrased and framed in a positive way.
  • Honest
  • Trust them

Plus, we’d taken some time to articulate our values and culture (be brave, be focused, be authentic, be data, be a crew) and are really keen for this to shine through not only in everything we do, but also in the way we present ourselves to the world.

After careful consideration we worked with Kota to have a complete overhaul of the way that Cynozure comes across; the aim is that those that have not yet met us are better able to visualise what those that know us see.

Colours are brighter and fresher, the site is bold and properly structured; we are really excited with the results and it’s taken a lot of self-control to keep it under wraps until now!

And it’s not just Cynozure: we now also have logos and clear identities for both the Hub & Spoken podcast, and CDO Hub too. To be honest, this feels way overdue as the CDO Hub community is a critical part of our culture, and Hub & Spoken has been running for a while now.

We hope you like it as much as we do. Please take a look around (maybe download a whitepaper or sign up to receive our monthly newsletter while you’re at it 😉 ), and if you have any comments please let us know on Twitter, LinkedIn, or drop an email over to tor@cynozure.co.uk
