He led big data, analytics and marketing technology and solutions at Marks & Spencer building out an enterprise wide analytics capability and launching their customer membership scheme, Sparks.

He links business need, innovation and disruptive thinking with data and technology to deliver maximum benefit for his clients. Organisational transformation is supported with sound strategy on information management, BI, enterprise performance management, big data and analytics solutions.

James has nearly 10 years of experience in delivery of data initiatives across a variety of different industries – both in a consultancy capacity and in-house.
