Our crew’s health is important to us, and so we offer a private health scheme for crew members, who are eligible to join when they have been with us for three years. The schemes benefits include full outpatient support, therapies including complementary medicine, and mental health support. Electric Vehicle (EV) car scheme

As a B Corp, we embrace being an environmentally sustainable business. Working with Octopus Energy, we are able to offer a sacrifice scheme that means you give up some of your gross monthly pay for a new EV, and can save up to 40% on the monthly costs, thanks to saving on National Insurance and Income Tax

Volunteer time off

Cynozure sees the immense benefit of volunteering days for both charities chosen and the crew member, therefore we offer two paid volunteer days are paid in addition to the flexible holiday offered each year. It could be for a cause that is linked directly to the business or for personal reasons
