Justin is a senior leader who has been in the commercial and business development world for over 20 years and has built knowledge across many industries.
Over the last 10 years, he has honed his skills in data, working at companies such as Dunnhumby, Keboola, Aquila Insight and now, Cynozure. He has built a career on problem-solving, helping others succeed and understanding where he can bring value to every relationship he has. Acting as a trusted advisor and helping others, is something that deeply motivates him.
Ella Asher
Client Partnerships & Community Executive
Ella Asher supports both the client partnerships and marketing teams in building meaningful relationships and delivering engaging, community-led experiences across the data and AI space.
Ella graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class degree in Business Management and Human Resources, developing expertise across areas including marketing, organisational behaviour, and people strategy. As an early-career professional, she brings a fresh perspective, strong business foundations, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people and creating positive experiences.
